Delrae Kohnert is a Certified Personal Trainer, Kickboxing Instructor, and Certified in Pre & Postnatal Fitness. She loves helping others set goals and maintain a healthy and happy lifestyle.
Delrae has competed as a Figure competitor with the BC Amateur Body Building Association and was a Nationally Qualified Figure Competitor. She plans to compete again but is focusing on her business and family.
Delrae knows what it takes to be dedicated and to keep motivated in the gym. She enjoys designing programs for clients and is always available by phone or text. She always wants her clients to stay in contact with her and will always be there to motivate them and keep them on track!
Delrae is married to her husband Josh and they spend a lot of their free time Dirt Biking, camping and fishing. They had a little boy named Rex in April 2017 so it’s a busy household along with there four little dogs!
