  • Body  Sculpt:  Muscular Conditioning & toning class that involves weights, tubes, bars  and the ball.  Great Beginners fitness class and is great for Aging Women looking to gain Strength back or maintain a Toned physique
  • BootCamp: A invigorating full body Fitness class that incorporates Cardio and Strength Training. All fitness levels are welcome to join and modifications will be given by the Fitness Instructor who is also a Certified Personal Trainer. Get Ready to Sweat and feel the Burn!!!
  • Low Impact Strength: Using Heavier Weights for lower Reps with a combination of low weights and High Reps for Burnout! Great class for all fitness levels!

H.I.I.T- (High Intensity Interval Training) A challenging muscular Strength and Endurance workout for the entire body! Its a great combination of Cardio Drills and Strength training.

Butts n Guts: A workout designed to target the booty and tummy! With added Cardio to really get you feeling the fire in those problem areas.

  • StretchFit:  – gentle stretching, strengthening & balance movements combined with breath work and guided visualization to help tone and relax the body while calming the mind. Suitable for all ages & abilities.
  • Yoga: – Hatha is often used to refer to a gentle style of physical yoga that consists of a combination of standing and seated postures. It doesn’t have a specific sequencing pattern, rather, it’s up to the yoga teacher to decide the focus and deliverance of poses. Penny will determine the level of Yoga and has modifications in order to make this class a great beginner or advanced Yoga Class.
  • Kickboxing: A class designed with stand-up non contact with the use of partners and pads with traditional kicking and punching sequences. Kickboxing is a great fun workout that will leave you sweating and feeling confident!
  • Strong By Zumba: combines high intensity interval training with the science of Synced Music Motivation. This class has many levels of intensity which can be decided by the group at the beginning of the class so you can work at the level you want!
